Refund Policy

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and are subject to the following conditions:


Box Lacrosse

  • Within 24 hours of registration and before March 30:

    Refund issued less a $50 administrative fee.

  • After 24 hours of registration and on or before March 31:

    HHMLA will retain the greater of $50 or 50% of fees paid.

  • After March 31:

    No refunds will be issued.

 

Field Lacrosse

  • Within 24 hours of registration and before January 30:

    Refund issued less a $50 administrative fee.

  • After 24 hours of registration and on or before January 31:

    HHMLA will retain the greater of $50 or 50% of fees paid.

  • After January 31:

    No refunds will be issued.

 

Additional Refund Conditions

  • No refunds will be provided once a program has started.

    A program is considered started when scheduled on-field or on-floor sessions begin, including tryouts.

  • If HHMLA is unable to place a player on a team, a full refund (100%) of fees paid will be issued.
