Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be refunded to the original method of payment based on the following:
For Box, 
- If the request is made within 24 hours of registering AND before March 30th, a refund will be provided LESS an Admin Fee of $50.
- Refund requests received after 24 hours of registering and on or before March 31st, HHMLA will withhold the maximum of either 50% of fees paid or $50.
- Requests received after March 31st are NOT eligible for a refund.
For Field,
- If the request is made within 24 hours of registering AND before January 30th, a refund will be provided LESS an Admin Fee of $50.
- Refund requests received after 24 hours of registering and on or before January 31st, HHMLA will withhold the maximum of either 50% of fees paid or $50.
- Requests received after January 31st are NOT eligible for a refund.
- There are no refunds provided after the start of a program.  Program is considered started when scheduled on field/floor sessions commence, including try-outs.
- If we are unable to place a player on a team, a Full refund for 100% of fees paid will be issued.

All refund requests must be accompanied by a refund request form (found below).
